Returns and refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request to return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Please note that we will not accept returns for damaged items or items which have been fitted and used.

Return Process

To return an item, please contact us first to have your refund approved. Click here for contact details. Once approved, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, returns must be organised and paid for by the customer and is non-refundable.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.

Exclusions and exemptions

Shipping fees are non-refundable and there is a 20% restocking fee which will be taken from your refund total.

Special order items are not eligible for refund. Please contact us for more information.
