Frozen black E92 M3 Diff rebuild

Fin came to us with a knocking and rubbing noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. We inspected and diagnosed an issue with the rear diff. After a test drive, we confirmed the fault with the rear diff. We removed and reinstalled one of our upgraded GearLab re-manufactured Differentials. We also diagnosed and fixed a fault the with oil level, as the previous garage had filled the oil to the incorrect quantity. The S85 engine had two sump plugs – both need to be drained. When servicing, failure to do so will cause the oil level to increase. He collected the vehicle and is very happy.
