WARRANTY:
We’ll also guarantee our work for 1 years, or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) on fitted Transfer Box, 6 months / 6,000 miles on ‘take-away’ units and 3 months for all auxiliary parts.
SHIPPING / LOGISTICS:
The Transfer Box will be shipped directly to you on a half pallet, please observe how the Transfer Box is secured and fastened to the pallet. This will help you when it’s time to return your old Transfer Box.
Shipping price advertised is for a one way shipping to your desired destination, and does not include the Collection of your old Transfer Box. This can be arranged at an extra cost.

SURCHARGE:
The surcharge is additional to the purchase price, therefore it is required before the Transfer Box is shipped. The surcharge amount is £300 and maybe refundable once you’re old Transfer Box is received.
The old Transfer Box needs to be unmolested and serviceable, what this means is that the Transfer Box needs to come complete not stripped or dismantled, and must have no holes or damage to the case.
If your Transfer Box is leaking oil from the case or has no drive, then its safe to say that the Transfer Box is most likely non serviceable. In this case the £300 surcharge will not be refundable.
EXCHANGE PROCESS:
All Transfer Boxes are sold on a exchange basis, therefore your old Transfer Box is required, the exchange process is designed in away to make it convenient for the buyer. Once the new Transfer Box has been received simply refrain all packaging and securing fixings, these will assist you when returning the old Transfer Box. The return of the old Transfer Box is at a cost of the buyer, it is the responsibility of the buyer to return the Transfer Box in a safe and secure method with the packaging provided.
(The exchange process can be handled by us for an additional cost, usually the same price as the shipping to you.)
DEPARTURE:
All Transfer Boxes are bespoke and built to order, there for there can be down time before the Transfer Box is shipped. We aim to get most Transfer Boxes shipped within 3 days of the purchase date.
(This can be extended considerably if the Transfer Box is a bespoke item and requires a build slot.)
OPENING HOURS:
Our workshop hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday and 9.00am – 1pm Saturday.
