DESCRIPTION:
The output shaft on all Mitsubishi Evolution Transmissions is a well known weak link in the Drivetrain assembly.
When these units fail they cause catastrophic failure to the transfer box giving no symptoms or signs of fatigue before hand.
As pictured the shaft on the right is an OEM Mitsubishi shaft. If you look closely you can clearly see this Shaft has started to twist! this is one launch away from failure.
The shaft on the left is an Upgraded stronger version giving 3x the amount of turning torque in comparison. Giving you reassurance that failure is simply not an option.
We have many options in respect to mods, up rated/improved parts, and processes.
