Clive sent in his Mitsubishi Evolution 340MR Six Speed Gearbox for inspection. The gearbox had serious water ingress due to the gearbox being stood for a number of months.
A chap named same had is Differential built by another company after complaining that the Differential was noisy after the work had been carried out. The mechanic explained that he had done his best and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the differential. The differential at this point had been removed from the vehicle 3 times causing massive inconvenience to the client and mechanic.
Paul came to us having serious trust issues after 2 bad experience with a well known BMW specialist and a So called Differential specialist on ebay. He was left from both occasions with shoddy workmanship and his vehicle left in a bad condition. He lost faith in the other companies and had been told by a fellow BMW enthusiast to contact us.
This was a Differential that was sent in for Remanufacting.
The customer is very happy this vehicle was a prestige example and a credit to its owner.

This specific diff was sent to us by a chap called Nigel, we spent weeks redesigning a new set of bearings for this specific Differential.
Danny come to us back in October 2021 with the goal of building a bespoke E30 1989 coupe 2.5 turbo 450-500bhp. We discussed options and figured out the best solution for his goals.
Fin came to us with a knocking and rubbing noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. We inspected and diagnosed an issue with the rear diff, after a test drive we confirmed the fault with the rear diff. We removed and reinstalled one of our upgraded gearlab Remanufacted Differentials.
